Headquarters, US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to execute a Production Based Support Quality - Work Environment project to design and upgrade the restroom and locker room facilities in Building 300-148 at Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAAP). This project will consist of three phases, planning, design, and bidding/construction. The period of performance for this requirement will be 12 months from date of award. This requirement will be competed in accordance with the terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number W52P1J-09-G-0001. It is anticipated that this procurement will result in an award to American Ordnance LLC who is the Operating Contractor at IAAAP. Authority for this contract action shall be the Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1 and will be effected as a task order under the existing BOA that is in place through Calendar Year 2033.
