Headquarters, US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), has a requirement to provide support to the Army for activities related to the Demolition of Z-Line utilities Demolition at the Milan Army Ammunition Plant (MLAAP). The contractor shall provide on-site and local support to USG staff, U.S. Army Environmental Command (USAEC), Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and designated contractors or other USG agencies on behalf of these organizations. It is anticipated that this procurement will result in an award to American Ordnance LLC who is the Operating Contractor at IAAAP. Authority for this contract action shall be the Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1 and will be effected as a task order under the existing BOA that is in place through Calendar Year 2033. Reference for this action shall be Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-24-R-A0013. This notification has been posted for subcontracting purposes only. Please note: This notice does not constitute a RFP. Response to this announcement are not proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
