The Rock Island Arsenal is seeking qualified vendors for the electroless nickel plating requirement on the attached drawing, page 2. Vendors must have a fully approved DD Form 2345, and send that form to the POC listed in the announcement. Vendors shall also request to view the controlled drawing in the attachment section of this listed, and list their CAGE in "reason for request."
