DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT A: Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited. The federal supply code of this procurement is 6810 – Chemicals The NAICS Code for this procurement is 325180 – Other Basic Inorganic Chemical Manufacturing. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in the manufacturing basic inorganic chemicals. The Government contemplates procurement and award of a a new 3-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Supply Description: Polybutadiene, Liquid, Hydroxyl-Terminated, Type II in accordance with military specification MIL-DTL-82886A, Dated: 28 October 2009 and MCAAP Pamphlet 702-13, Dated 07 May 2024 for Polybutadiene, Liquid, Hydroxyl-Terminated. End User Facility: McAlester Army Ammunition Plant 1C Tree Road McAlester, OK 74501-5000 United States Forthcoming Combined Synopsis / Solicitation W519TC-24-Q-2356 will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. However, the successful offeror shall adhere to all solicitation terms and conditions. All shipments shall be FOB Destination. All vendors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to doing business with the DOD. The solicitation is planned for release during July 2024 and it is anticipated that it will close approximately 7 calendar days after it is issued and posted on the internet at http://sam.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the SAM.gov website. All vendors are responsible for checking this website DAILY for any posted changes.ASSIST Instructions: The following instructions provide detailed guidance on how to access this product specification cited above: The specification(s) may be available on the ASSIST website using your firm’s registered username and password at https://assist.dla.mil/online/start/, in accordance with FAR 52.211-2. If specification(s) are not available to your firm then proceed with the following instructions: a. Vendors shall register at the ASSIST website located at https://assist.dla.mil/online/start. Apply for registration by following their online instructions. b. Offerors shall also be certified with the Joint Certification Program website located at https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/. Apply for registration by following the online instructions. c. Upon receipt of certification from JCP, offerors shall provide the Contract Specialist, Mike Perez, at michael.e.perez24.civ@army.mil with their firm’s JCP-certified contact person’s name and email address. d. Offerors will receive a copy of the controlled specification forwarded to your firm’s JCP-certified contact person after verification of registration with the ASSIST system and certification within the JCP system.
