The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract for piping materials to be delivered to Pine Bluff Arsenal. The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Purchase Requirements and specifications contained in the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
