DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT A: Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited. The federal supply code of this procurement is 6850 – Miscellaneous Chemical Specialties. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 325199 – Other Basic Organic Chemical Manufacturing. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing basic organic chemical products. The Government contemplates issuance of a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following supply description: DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL) ADIPATE (DOA) IAW MIL-DTL-82886A AND MIL-DTL-23443C. TO BE DELIVERED IN STANDARD 55 GALLON METAL DRUMS. QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS LISTED IN MIL-DTL-82886A TABLE VI SAFETY DATA SHEET (SDS) AND CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE (COC) REQUIRED. CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (COA) TO ADDRESS ALL ELEMENTS OF MIL-DTL-23443C. COA TO INCLUDE MANUFACTURER NAME, PRODUCT NAME, NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER, SPECIFICATION, LOT/BATCH NUMBER, MANUFACTURE DATE, EXPIRATION DATE, AND STATEMENT OF NO CHANGE IN MATERIALS OR PROCESS. COA APPROVAL BY MCAAP AO REQUIRED BEFORE CONTRACT AWARD. PACKAGING LABEL AT A MINIMUM WILL INCLUDE MANUFACTURER NAME, PRODUCT NAME, NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER, SPECIFICATION, LOT/BATCH NUMBER, MANUFACTURE DATE, AND EXPIRATION DATE. SAMPLE MAY BE REQUIRED FOR GOVERNMENT REVIEW/TESTING PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD. MUST BE QUALIFIED WITHIN MIL-DTL-82886A. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL ONLY CONSIDER PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FROM THE TABLE VI. PBXN-109 APPROVED VENDORS, CURRENT APPROVED VENDORS ARE: BASF CORPORATION EASTMAN CHEMICAL CORPORATION HATCO CORPORATION Place of Performance: McAlester Army Ammunition Plant 1 C Tree Road McAlester, Oklahoma 74501 United States This procurement will be solicited on a Full and Open/Unrestricted basis. It will be FOB Destination. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 8 APRIL 2024 with a closing date of approximately 5 business days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at http://sam.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the SAM.gov website.
