Complete details, including the drawing will be released with the solicitation. Vendors will need to be registered in SAM and Joint Certification Program to be able to gain access to the drawing. Anticipated quantity is 289 each. Potential vendors shall email CAGE Code, business size (Large or Small), state if they are the manufacturer (if not, who is the manufacturer, their CAGE code and business size) to john.e.jacobsen16.civ@army.mil.
