This announcement is for information and planning purpose only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Particularly, the purpose of this NOTICE is to gain knowledge of potential (SAM) Database register businesses interested and capable of performing this work. NAICS CODE: 812990 – All Other Personal Services; Personal fitness training services PSC: R499 – Support – Professional: Other SIZE STANDARD: $13 Million DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Vendor to provide Fitness/Wellness Application. It needs to be a mobile app for phones, but also accessible on a computer. Some features needed are: The ability to sync a fitness tracker such as but not limited to: Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin as well as the option for the user or company (vendor/contractor) to manually input/record activities. Offer informational campaigns, webinars and/or activities on a variety of wellness topics such as: Nutrition, stress management, physical fitness, sleep and individual health goals). The ability for a local administrator/coordinator to pull aggregate data on participation/use while protecting employees’ protected health information and other individual identifiers Provides administrative support from the company to launch, execute and sustain the program. Additional desired features: Ability for users to compete against each other in challenges Integration of rewards or point based participation Ability to send notifications to participants through the app Desktop site access with the ability to be accessed on Dept. of Army networked computers as well as private computers Option for one-on-one coaching or individually tailored programming SUBMISSION DETAILS: All interested, responsive and responsible SAM Database registered businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research by emailing the requirement information below to the point of contact listed on this announcement.
