Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is investigating the market capability to provide operations, maintenance, technology refresh, and sustainment support of the Logistics Information Systems (LIS) Theater Operations (TOPS) module to be integrated into the Transportation Coordinators’ –Automated Information for Movement System II System (TC-AIMS II). Support of TOPS includes break-fix support, application’s test, documentation, and operating configuration management of the enterprise server. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more detail. All interested parties should provide a response as indicated below.
