Headquarters, US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to create a design for approximately 2.6 miles of woven wire cattle fence, a cattle paddock fence, access gates, a water supply line, tile intake/outlet line and water hydrant/water tank pad on agricultural tract 28 at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAAP). The project also includes conducting cultural resources surveys on the project area per the National Historic Preservation Act and the State of Iowa Guidelines. This requirement will be completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number W52P1J-09-G-0001. It is anticipated that this procurement will result in an award to American Ordnance LLC who is the Operating Contractor at IAAAP. Authority for this contract action shall be the Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1 and will be effected as a task order under the existing BOA that is in place through Calendar Year 2033. Reference for this action shall be Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-23-R-0072. This notification has been posted for subcontracting purposes only. Please note: This notice does not constitute a RFP.
