This service is to rebui... This is a Request for Information (RFI) for solely for market research purposes, not a Request for Proposal. This procurement is for the purchase for 1 each Magneform Rebuild. This service is to rebuild and refurbish the Magneform machine from a Maxwell 7000 Series Magneform Machine to a Maxwell 7100P Series Magneform Machine. The machine uses electromagnetic forming (EMF) technology to reduce the diameter of the aluminum case so it fits tightly on a mating part and must be rebuilt to ensure the LCRRPR job can be run reliably. This Magenform Rebuild will be shipped to Pacific Magenform for service rebuild. 3rd party contractors interested in this RFI must be able to work with Pacific Magenform. Please see attached Statement of Work titled “Statement of Work for Magneform Services – Rebuild Maxwell 7000 Series Magneform Machine” dated 20 April 2023 for additional information.
