See attachment W519TC-23-Q-2290-Amendment 0004 Pine Bluff Arsenal Bldg 10-030 Roof Repair by Replacement Request for Quotation RFQ W519TC-23-Q-2290 The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract to repair by replacement the roof of building 10-030 located at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), and specifications contained in this solicitation. This combined synopsis and solicitation was prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, therefore progress payments will not be authorized in accordance with FAR 32.003. This solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 02JUN2023, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20230609, effective 09JUN2023. Period of Performance: The vendor shall complete all requirements within 180 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) issuance. A Site Visit will be held prior to the closing date of this solicitation. An amendment to the solicitation will be posted at SAM.GOV providing the date and details of the site visit, and instructions to gain access to Pine Bluff Arsenal.
