THIS IS A SYNOPSIS FOR SOLICITATION W519TC-23-Q-2228 The NAICS Code for this procurement is 322211 – Corrugated and Solid Fiber Box The federal supply code of this procurement is 8140 – Ammunition and Nuclear Ordnance Boxes, Packages and Special Containers The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price contract. Supply Description: Fiberboard Boxes IAW Drawings 13108299, 13108658, 13108659, & 13108661. First Article testing submittal is required for this effort. MUST MEET SPECIFICATIONS TO BE ISSUED WITH SOLICITATION Type of Set-a-Side: 100% Small Business FOB Destination Richmond, KY. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issues date of the solicitation is 15 July 2023 with a closing date approximately 30 days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the SAM web site and is the contractor’s responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
