The primary purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify interested and capable firms for project planning purposes only for the ECMA Cloud Software Management Services (CSMS) requirement. In accordance with FAR Part 10 Market Research, ECMA will use this information to assess the market's capability to successfully meet the requirements described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), as well as determining vendor interest in the potential solicitation. Responses to this RFI are voluntary and all interested parties are encouraged to respond. The U.S. Government does not intend to select, decide, or award a contract based on responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government is under no obligation to provide feedback with respect to any information submitted. Army representatives may or may not choose to meet virtually with interested vendors. Such discussions would only be intended to get further clarification of potential technical capability to meet the requirements and any risks. Please see RFI & PWS attachments.
