M82 Energetics
ACC-RIA requires Energetic Components for the M82 Stimulant Screening Grenade Program at Pine Bluff Arsenal. The solicitation follows FAR Part 15 negotiation and is expected to result in a base quantity plus an option quantity with range pricing. Instead of Section B pricing, offerors must submit a completed Price Matrix, which will be released later with Amendment 0001. Contractor questions are due by 27 November 2026 at 3:00 pm CST and must be submitted in writing to the listed contacts with the RFP number in the subject line. A signed copy of the solicitation and all applicable amendments must be provided with the proposal.
