The Government seeks multiple no-cost Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) for lumber supplies supporting seven Army installations: Anniston Army Depot, Blue Grass Army Depot, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Letterkenny Munitions Command, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, Tooele Army Depot, and Joint Munitions Technology Center. BOAs may run up to five years with annual review/renewal, and only BOA holders can compete for firm-fixed-price delivery orders, with pricing requested at the delivery-order level and no minimum purchase guarantee. The agreement has a maximum ceiling of $99,000,000.00. Offerors must demonstrate technical capability to deliver lumber to at least one designated installation and address five technical elements through the Technical Questionnaire Scenario, with delivery required within 14 business days for standard orders and 7 business days for emergency orders. The Government intends to award BOAs based on initial technical quotations without discussions, so quotations should be complete and compliant.
