This RFQ seeks 120,000 lbs of premium high-carbon cast steel blasting grit (Size G40) conforming to SAE J1993 HCS G40H and SAE J444 sizing, with minimum 60 HRC tempered martensite, angular particle shape (=5% round or half-round), and 7.8 g/cm³ solid cast density. Delivery is scheduled to begin November 2026, followed by two additional deliveries of 40,000 lbs each, to Building 8, 1 C. Tree Road, McAlester, OK 74501. Each delivery must include a Certificate of Analysis meeting specified SAE, manufacturer, lot, analytical, and signature requirements, and product must be packaged in 50-lb bags with required labels. The acquisition is limited to Ervin Industries, Inc. under the associated synopsis, and award will be based on a determination that price is reasonable and the offeror is responsible. Offerors must submit a completed pricing sheet with prices to two decimal places, and questions and submissions are handled electronically with the contracting officer and specialist.
