This is a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial purchase order to Logic Integration LLC for a Video Teleconference (VTC) System Upgrade covering five conference rooms, plus a separate travel lot. The contractor must provide the VTC upgrade and travel as soon as possible, with delivery FOB Destination to McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, Warehouse 8 – Receiving Office, 1 C Tree Road, McAlester, OK 74501. The requirement is detailed in Attachment 0001, Statement of Work VTC System, dated 22 September 2026. Offerors must be registered in SAM and submit a completed pricing sheet from Attachment 0002. The Government intends to award without discussions to a responsible, compliant quoter, and may use AI tools to assist in evaluating proposals while final decisions remain with Government personnel.
