The Blue Grass Army Depot / Army Contracting Command – Rock Island intends to competitively establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Locks, Locking Mechanisms, and Associated Hardware. These BPAs will create flexible “charge accounts” with qualified, responsible sources for streamlined, repetitive procurement under RFO 12.201-1(e)(3) and Class Deviation RFO-2025-16. The requirement is Full and Open Competition under NAICS 332510 (Hardware Manufacturing, size standard 750 employees). The BPA Master Limit is $349,000.00, and no single BPA Call Order may exceed $25,000 in total cost; a BPA is not a contract and no funds are obligated until properly executed call orders. Performance/use is associated with Blue Grass Army Depot, and there is no guarantee that any or all requirements will be issued through the BPAs.
