This is a Sources Sought notice to identify manufacturers capable of producing Thin Layer Explosive (TLX) assemblies used in helicopter emergency canopy removal systems. Respondents must demonstrate expertise in critical processes like energetic material handling, radiographic testing, and have the ability to obtain necessary equipment and skilled personnel. Companies must provide detailed capability summaries, production capacity information, and address supply chain risk mitigation. The associated Technical Data Packages are classified as Distribution C, limited to U.S. Government agencies and their contractors. Responses are requested electronically for planning purposes to develop an acquisition strategy.
