DRAFT RFPs – Human Resource Solutions, GEN VI IDIQ Contracts

Notice ID:W519TC-26-R-AHRS

ACC-RI has released draft RFPs seeking industry feedback for the GEN VI Personnel Lifecycle Support and Recruiting Management Administrative Support IDIQ multiple-award contract suites; the documents are draft-only and subject to change. No proposals are solicited at this time, and the notice does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award, or reimburse costs. Key updates include removal of Technical Subfactor 3 Sample Task, revised Past Performance ratings to Acceptable/Unacceptable with a limit of three submitted QCs, and a self-scoring matrix added to Technical Subfactor 1 Corporate Experience. Draft RFP Amendment 001 also updated attachments 0004 for both suites and attachment 0008 so vendors can open them. Interested vendors may provide feedback through the specified online form and Attachment 0009.

The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has released draft RFPs for industry feedback as part of market research for the GEN VI Personnel Lifecycle Support (PLS) and Recruiting Management Administrative Support (RMAS) IDIQ multiple-award contract suites. These are draft documents only and are subject to change; they do not commit the Government to solicit, award, or reimburse costs, and no proposals are requested. The requirements have transferred to ACC-RI, and key updates include removal of Technical Subfactor 3 (Sample Task), Past Performance ratings changed from Confidence to Acceptable/Unacceptable with a three-QC limit, and Technical Subfactor 1 (Corporate Experience) now including a self-scoring matrix. Interested vendors should provide feedback through the online form and may submit additional questions or comments using Attachment 0009, identifying the applicable RFP section, volume, factor, subfactor, or attachment. Amendments 001 and 002 only corrected attachment accessibility issues for PLS and RMAS documents.

Interested vendors should provide feedback through the online form and may use Attachment 0009 for additional questions or comments, identifying the applicable solicitation section, volume, factor, subfactor, or attachment and briefly describing the concern. Completed Attachment 0009 should be emailed to both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist, who may also be contacted for technical access issues.
