This is a solicitation for a vendor to manage and restock inventory shelves and bins at a government facility. The work is performed offsite, with all materials being brought in; there is no onsite space for an inventory parts room. The contractor's manager must be onsite for three weeks beginning on day 61 after award, but all other personnel work offsite and only visit to check and restock.
