This is a request for industry feedback on revised evaluation criteria and attachments for the Radford Army Ammunition Plant competition, not a formal solicitation. The government is seeking voluntary input on specific documents to aid in restructuring the upcoming competition. Responses and questions must be submitted via email to three designated individuals.
