This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify potential vendors interested in providing and installing rail gear on two GSA dump trucks at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in McAlester, Oklahoma. The work includes supplying front and rear hi-rail gear, installation, alignment and track testing per FRA standards, plus various vehicle-specific modifications and a one-year warranty on parts and installation. Responses are voluntary, and no contract will result directly from this notice; the government may use responses to determine whether to set aside the requirement for small business or pursue full and open competition. The government will not provide feedback on submissions, and proprietary data marked as such will be protected. The performance location is McAlester, Oklahoma, and the vendor must be U.S.-based; delivery/pickup mileage is limited to 710 miles total.
