ACC-RI seeks Drogue Plates (81mm) and Rear Support Plates under a non-commercial, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract with one base year plus two ordering periods. The Government guarantees a minimum of 5,000 Drogue Plates and 6,800 Rear Support Plates, with maximum contract quantities of 28,000 and 20,400 respectively; per-order ranges are 1,000–11,500 Drogue Plates and 1,000–6,800 Rear Support Plates. First article/preproduction samples of 15 each must be delivered 90 days after contract award, and production deliveries begin 60 days after first article acceptance. Ordering periods run from award through 365 days, 366–731 days, and 732–1,095 days after award, with actual dates provided at award. Offerors must submit a completed Price Matrix with firm unit prices for all quantity ranges/years, and award will be made to the lowest-priced responsive, responsible offeror based on total evaluated price; proposals and questions go to Austin Acree at austin.g.acree.civ@army.mil.
