Electrical maintenance/retrofit for Devlieg Mill Machining Center

The contract involves the electrical retrofit of a government-owned Devlieg 4W72 mill. All work, including evaluation, installation, debugging, and testing, must be performed on-site at Rock Island Arsenal. The machine and all government-furnished equipment/property may not leave the installation, so off-site retrofit is not permitted. Transportation of the machine to a contractor facility is prohibited. Therefore, the contractor must perform all retrofit work at the Rock Island Arsenal location.
