To post Amendment 0006 to Solicitation W519TC-25-R-2016. The purpose of Amendment 0006 is to do the following: 1. Revised Attachment 0002 - Technical Exhibit (TE) 1 - Equipment List by Zone - Pricing Matrix Labor 10APR2025. 2. Revised Attachment 0003 – Pricing Matrix – Parts List 10APR2025. 3. Post Questions and Answers 10APR2025. 4. The closing date for this solicitation has been extended from Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 12:00pm CST to Monday, April 14, 2025, at 12:00pm CST. Post official Amendment 0005 for Solicitation W519TC-25-R-2016 see attached. The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to incorporate the following language as paragraphs 16 and 17 in the Solicitation document. 16. The guidance in paragraph 17 applies to these two Solicitation Attachments: a. Attachment 0002 Technical Exhibit (TE) 1 – Equipment List by Zone – Pricing Matrix - Labor 20MAR2025 b. Attachment 0003 Pricing Matrix - Parts List 28MAR2025 17. Offerors shall complete and submit the aforementioned Attachments 0002 and 0003 electronically in accordance with the following instructions, as well as any other pertinent instructions provided within this Solicitation document and Solicitation Attachments. Offerors shall complete the first four tabs in Attachment 0002 and Attachment 0003 by entering prices in all cells as instructed within the Attachment 0002 and Attachment 0003. (And additional cells as needed in accordance with instructions provided in row 31) in the first three tabs of Attachment 0003. If an Offeror fails to enter a price in one or more of the aforementioned cells, and/or fails to submit prices for all years (i.e., Base year and each Option period), or in any way makes a change to the Price Matrix, the Offeror's quote may be considered non-compliant, and the Government may reject the quote and render the Offeror ineligible for contract award. Additionally, Attachments 0002 and 0003 shall be in provided Microsoft Excel format and contain working formulas and algorithms, be in the same format as the quote, and calculate proposed prices per each line item. PDF files are not acceptable because they do not contain working formulas and algorithms. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Post official Amendment 0004 for Solicitation W519TC-25-R-2016 see attached. 1. Revised Attachment 0001 – PWS IDS ESS Services 07APR2025 Section 2.6.3.1 Required Preventative Maintenance to the following: From: 2.6.3.1 Required Preventive Maintenance All IDS equipment is required to receive two (2) PMs at 6-month intervals each year IAW AR 190-11. The Contractor will coordinate to schedule all PM with the COR. The IDS headend equipment’s two (2) PMs must be performed by a DAQ Value Added Reseller (VAR). Any required repairs or software updates shall be brought to the attention of the COR for disposition. To: 2.6.3.1 Required Preventive Maintenance All IDS equipment, including the headend, must undergo two (2) preventive maintenance (PM) sessions each year, spaced at six-month intervals, as specified in AR 190-11. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating the PM schedule with the COR. Preventive maintenance for IDS headend equipment must be carried out exclusively by a DAQ Value Added Reseller (VAR). Any repairs or software updates identified during maintenance must be promptly reported to the COR for further action. 2. The closing date for this solicitation has been extended from Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 12:00pm CST to Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 12:00pm CST. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Post official Amendment 0003 for Solicitation W519TC-25-R-2016 see attached.
