Radford Army Ammunition Plant - Virtual Library

This is a notice for establishing a virtual library to serve as a data repository for proposal development for an upcoming competition. Access requires a company to be registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program and have an active DD 2345 on file, and its Data Custodian must complete a Virtual Library Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement. The completed agreement must be submitted electronically to three specified Army contacts. The Government will upload documents throughout the pre-solicitation and solicitation phases.
