The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island is issuing this sources sought notice for the purchase of Officer Trauma Individual First Aid Kits (IFAK). The Contractor shall be required to deliver the product within 90-120 days after the Date of Award. Interested parties should reply with their information no later than 10:00 am Central Standard Time on July 14, 2025, to Mark Wells at mark.f.wells4.civ@army.mil. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. The Government will not accept requests for meetings or briefings. No phone solicitations or email with regard to the status of the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be accepted prior to the solicitation release. The Purchase Description is attached below. Please provide written documentation on how you can meet the requirement to the POC listed below.
