The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues pre-solicitation W519TC-25-Q-A085 for the procurement of FRS M7A1 Flat Rack Components in the support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology enter (RIA-JMTC). The formal solicitation will be posted in October 2025. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commerical Items, and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract (see FAR 16.504(a)(4)(iv)) with five ordering period, with the first ordering period beginning on date of award of the base contract.
