The award will be based on the proposal that provides the best overall value to the Government based on the lowest total evaluated price. The result of this solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 5-year Requirements contract. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Goods shall be delivered to: Multiple locations within JMTC located at the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois. If there are any questions please e-mail the POC listed below. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore, incumbent upon interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
