Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is investigating the market capability to provide Environmental Laboratory Testing for Pine Bluff Arsenal. Requirements: Valid Laboratory Certification from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). Valid DoD Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) certification of accreditation. Please see attached “draft Statement of Work – ELAP Lab Testing” for more details. Responses to this Sources Sought shall be provided as described herein. Interested parties shall submit responses in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Adobe Acrobat.
