This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forthcoming and will have all the necessary documents to include the full Scope of Work. It is anticipated the solicitation will be released on or about August 1,2024. The scope of work for this project consist of furnishing labor, equipment, and material to regrade the existing granular staging area between Building 331 and Building 335 on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The premise for this project is to remove the existing pavement, grade the existing granular area between the two buildings and pland a new 7” reinforced concrete pavement in this location. IAW FAR 36.204(d), the rough order of magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The contractor will be required to commence work under this contract within 45 working days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the scope of Work in 90 working days
