This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forthcoming and will have all the necessary documents to include the full Scope of Work. It is anticipated the solicitation will be released on or about July 8, 2024. IAW FAR 36.204(d), the rough order of magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The scope of this project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, and material to grade and place a 10' wide shared use path consisting of 4" of hot mix asphalt on 6" modified subbase. The location of the project is between East Street and the Deer Crossing housing development on the north side of Rodman Avenue on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL. The Contractor will be required to commence work under this contract within 14 days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed, prosecute the work diligently, and complet the Scope of Work in 60 working days.
