This acquisition will be a Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals will be evaluated using Best Value/Trade-off Source Selection Procedures, resulting in a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award. The resulting contract will be fixed-price with economic price adjustment (FP w/EPA). These containers must meet the Government’s Technical Data Package (TDP).
