This Amendment 0001 revises the closing date for the RFQ from 04/23/2024 to 04/25/2024 at 9:00 AM Central Time. ***End of Amendment 0001*** Amendment 0002 The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to publish questions and answers based on industry questions, revise paragraph 4 of the RFQ narrative, and to extend the closing date of this RFQ. -Attachment 0003- Questions from Industry- is added to this RFQ. -RFQ Narrative paragraph 4 is revised to 60 calendar days after award. -The closing date of this RFQ is revised from 04/25/2024 at 9:00 AM to 04/25/2024 at 2:30 PM Central Time. ***End of Amendment 0002*** Amendment 0003 The purpose of Amendment 0003 is as follows: Re-open the RFQ for initial and revised quotes. Revise RFQ Narrative paragraphs 1, 4, 7, 9, and 10. Revise Attachment 0001 Price Matrix, Rev. 1 – dated 9 May 2024. The following changes have been made to the RFQ Narrative in this amendment: Paragraph 1 is revised to the following: The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island hereby issues Request For Quote (RFQ) W519TC-24-Q-STND in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the procurement of laptop stands in support of Army Contracting Command- Rock Island. CLIN 0001: Laptop Stands (QTY 650ea) Purchase Description: -Height-adjustable surface with tilt angle that supports any laptop. -Single piece base plate. Base needs to be a flat single piece, not two separate feet. Must have anti-skid surface. -Laptop supporting plate must have front flanges to provide stable support and secure laptop with tilted at an angle. -Baseplate and laptop supporting plate will be on riser arms attached with hardware that is maintainable and repairable. The arm or arms between the baseplate and the laptop supporting plate will be used to adjust the height of the laptop. -A minimum height adjustment of 6 inches from the fully collapsed position. -Minimum Tilt angle/adjustment capability of the laptop supporting plate; 0 (being parallel to the ground) to 25 degrees (in the vertical direction). -Maintainable and repairable, laptop stand joint tension can be controlled/adjusted with basic tools or with included tools. Basic tools meaning screwdrivers or wrenches. Joints must be constructed with nuts, bolts, and or screws. If the joints are not repairable by basic tools mentioned above, the tool(s) required to repair the joints must be included. -Material- must be metal, not plastic. -Standard Commercial Warranty. -Compatible with all tablets and laptops to including MacBook, Surface Pro, Dell, HP, -Basic Product dimensions (as an example) when collapsed: 10 x 8 x 1 (LxWxH) -Weight capacity minimum: 5 pounds -Color preference: none Paragraph 4 is revised to the following: Requested Delivery Schedule: 50 calendar days after award Paragraph 7 is revised to the following: List of Attachment(s): Attachment 0001 – Price Matrix RFQ, Rev. 1 – dated 9 May 2024 Attachment 0002 – Provisions and Clauses Paragraph 9 is revised to the following: Quote submissions shall include the following: Completed copy of Attachment 0001, Price Matrix, Rev. 1 – dated 9 May 2024 Points of Contact(s) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code Product specifications sheet Image(s) of the product Contractor’s acknowledgement of all amendments Any quote submission missing any of these items will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for further evaluation. Paragraph 10 is revised to the following: EVALUATION and AWARD: The Government anticipates awarding a single award Firm Fixed Price purchase order as a result of this RFQ to the responsible, responsive offeror with the lowest TEP. For the purpose of efficiency, the Government may establish a competitive range. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all depending on the quality of the quotes, prices submitted, and the availability of funds. ***End of Amendment 0003*** The proposed contract action is for laptop stands in support of Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI). ACC-RI intends to solicit Small Businesses of supply for this item. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The expected requirement and quantity is as follows: 650 EA- Laptop Stands The items shall be delivered within 60 days after the date of the contract.
