Monaco Tone Alert System for Pine Bluff Arsenal, Request for Quoatation (RFQ) W519TC24QMTAS The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract for a Pine Bluff Arsenal Fire & Emergency requirement for an existing Monaco D-21 system to be upgraded with a Monaco Tone Alert System. A Tone Panel will also be provided and installed, network connectivity will be verified, system performance will be validated after installation, and up to two hours of D-21 operator training will be provided. The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications contained in this solicitation.
