The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to re-open the solicitation for initial and revised quotes. The 100% Small Business set-aside is removed and the solicitation is re-opened on an unrestricted basis. As a result, FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (NOV 2020) is deleted and FAR 52.219-4 Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns (OCT 2022) is added. All other terms and conditions are to remain the same. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to re-open the solicitation and revise the required delivery due date. As a result, request initial and revised quotes be submitted. All other terms and conditions are to remain the same. Note: There is no Amendment 0001.
