Will this application need a continuous supply or air, or intermittent? - The air compressor will be paired with a relatively small 20 gallon air tank, so near continuous supply. 4. What is your maximum psi needed? - 145 PSI Minimum output. 5. What are your power requirements for this unit? (Voltage, Phase) - 208 Volt, 60 Hertz, 3 Phase with a Max Amperage draw of 16. 6. Is there existing equipment? If so, what are the specs on it? (hp, cfm, psi, rpms, etc.). - The suggested source of supply that’s currently used in production is listed on the drawing. What is your timeline for having equipment in place? - This is a Base IDIQ so once Awarded a DO (Delivery Order) will be issues within 30 days and at that time the amont ordered under that DO will have a delivery date. 8. What is the location where the equipment will be used? - The air compressors will be installed inside mobile Metalworking and Machining Shop Sets produced by JMTC and fielded to soldiers. 10. Do you currently have the additional equipment needed to achieve clean, dry air? - Yes, the final system includes a pair of particulate and coalescing filters. 11. Is there a requirement for the service and maintenance of your new compressors once installed? - No, soldiers in the field will be operating and maintaining the compressors.
