The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources for Asphaltic Compound, Hot-Melt in accordance with MIL-DTL-3301D. The contract will be firm fixed price for a one-time quantity of 439,920 lbs to support McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP), McAlester, OK. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 324122 – Asphalt Shingle and Coating Materials Manufacturing and the Product and Service Code (PSC) is 8030 – Preservative and Sealing Compounds. A Certificate of Conformance (COC) submitted by contractors with each shipment will be reviewed to ensure conformance with the requirements listed in MIL-DTL-3301D. This Request for Information (RFI) is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any supplies or for the Government to pay for the information received. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI or any follow-up information request. Consequently, no solicitation is being issued at this time. Therefore, no award will be made based on information provided.
