ACC-RI, PL CHESS, and PEO EIS have issued this survey solely for informational and planning purposes for the potential ITES-4S and this does not constitute a solicitation. Information provided in response to this survey will be used to assist the Government in facilitating decision making. Submission of any information to this request is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
