This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forthcoming and will have all the necessary documents to include the Scope of Work. IAW FAR 36.204(e), the magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The scope of this project is to reduce and stop inflow and infiltration of the main sanitary collector trunk along the Sylvan Slough. Inflow to this trunk line increases significanlty during flood conditions over River Stage 15ft. Cut and remove 8 inches of existing CIPP liner to create a mating edge for the installation of a properly engineer and seal(s) that is hydrophilic neoprene conforming to ASTM F3240-19 and is seamlessly constructed. Perform necessary surface preparation (mechanically and chemically) to seal manholes with an approved product that is resilient to hydrosulfate attack, shall hold until substrate failure, and handle hydrostatic pressure from 30 feet water head and 15 feet of saturated soil.
