The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this pre-solicitation synopsis for W519TC-23-R-2074. This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding W519TC-23-R-2074 for Replacement Air Handling Unit, Building 104 on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois. This requirement will be a 100% total small business set-aside. NAICS - 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Service Code - J041 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment - Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Air Circulating Equipment. This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, including Scope of Work. IAW FAR 36.2014(f), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project. The scope of this project is to repair by replacement the Air Handling Unit of the First Floor of Building (BLDG) 104 located at the US Army Garrison (USAG) Rock Island Arsenal (RIA). The base bid work repairs the Air Handling Unit, removes existing fintube heating, constructs new exterior insulated walls and install new fintube heating. The contractor shall be required to commence physical work under this contract within 30 calendar days after the date the Contractor recieves the Notice to Proceed, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the entire work ready for use no later than 365 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives Notice to Proceed. Contractor submission of all closeout documentation is also included within this timeline. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises.
