The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for determining whether sources exist to satisfy the Government’s requirements. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The Office of the Program Manager- Saudi Arabian National Guard is seeking eligible firms capable to provide all of the personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision necessary to securely inventory, digitize and store a large number of Controlled Unclassified Information records located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Potential firm who have the experience, skill and capabilities necessary to perform the described project are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement 1) Provide a cover letter that includes a point of contact and company name, address, telephone numbers, and email addresses. 2) Provide up to three (3) projects that best demonstrate company experience relative to the types of work covered by this requirement. Projects should be representative of North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code ** Please provide recommended NAICS Code. 3) Provide your company’s current business license and VAT certificate indicating the ability to conduct business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Government will use responses to this sources sought announcement to make appropriate acquisition decisions for a future procurement. Responses received after the deadline or without the required information will not be considered. Since this is a sources sought announcement, telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
