Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-23-R-2065 for Fiber Optic Cabling Installation in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). This requirement is to upgrade the communications infrastructure between the buildings on PBA. The Contractor will provide and install fiber cables between buildings on sites. This project will require the installation of an underground conduit system achieved through the process of trenching, plowing and/or directional boring as required. Additionally, the Contractor will provide and install numerous wall mount cabinets. The RFP is solicited under NAICS 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Place of Performance: US Army, Pine Bluff Arsenal Pine Bluff, AR 71602. The response date is for archive purposes only and is NOT the date in which offers are due.
