The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this pre-solicitation synopsis for W519TC-23-R-2051. This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding Building 139 Roof and Exterior Repair on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. This requirement will be a 100% total small business set-aside. This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, including scope or work. IAW FAR 36.204 (f) , the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Unites States Army Garrison - Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) has a requirement for project to repair and replace exterior features of Building 139 of RIA. The work includes the removal of existing built-up stone ballasted roofing system, insulation, roof drains, exterior windows, doors, and associated materials. New thermally insulated windows will be installed. New roof drains, insulation, cover board, flashing, EPDM membrane, will be installed. Cracked, chipped, and deteriorating concrete and stucco veneer will be repaired, patched, and restored to like new condition. Four unused exterior doors and frames will be removed, and openings infilled with concrete block. A stucco finish will be applied to exterior of new and existing concrete block infill areas. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project.
