These machines go to support Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This soliciation is posted in accordance with Rock Island Purchase Description posted below, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) in support of Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC).... U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) in support of Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). W519TC-23-R-2024 will be issued in January 2023 with a closing date of 30 days after issuance. This RFP for a 3-Axis Machine will be issued as full and open competition using a best value evaluation approach in accordance with FAR 15.101. The RFP will solicit proposals for one Firm Fixed Price Contract. Rock Island Purchase Description (RIPD) will be listed in this solicitation. Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFP. Contractors may obtain information on SAM registration by visiting https://www.acquisition.gov CAUTION: This solicitaion will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereafter. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore, incumbent upon interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
