Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W519TC-23-R-2016 for Pentaerythritol. This solicitation will result in a single firm-fixed price contract that contains a 100% Option Quantity, to be evaluated at time of award. This solicitation is issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation as a non-commercial supply. This solicitation and will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offeror. 2. This requirement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under 325180 – Other Basic Inorganic Chemical Manufacturing; size standard is 1,000 employees. 3. The following Contract Line Items (CLINs) are hereby established: CLIN 0001: Non-Micronized Pentaerythritol – shall be produced IAW drawing 36-1-317, REV E, dated 02 November 2018 (Attachment 0003) Quantity: 81,400 lbs. CLIN 0002: A First Article Test (FAT) is required prior to run of production quantity. CLIN 0002 shall be produced IAW drawing 36-1-317, REV E, dated 02 November 2018 (Attachment 0003) Quantity: 2 lbs /1 each OPTION: CLIN 1001: Non-Micronized Pentaerythritol – shall be produced in accordance with (IAW) drawing 36-1-317, REV E, dated 02 November 2018 (Attachment 0003) Quantity: 81,400 lbs. *Pricing to be completed on Attachment 0002 – Price Matrix - W519TC-23-R-2016 – Pentaerythritol. 4.
