This solicitation will result in a 5 year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation is issued under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 332999 - All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing, as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a Size Standard of 750 employees. ***The drawings for this requirement are restricted and is available by requesting access via SAM.gov. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-23-R-0107 for the supply of M8 Smoke Pot Metal Components (Container, Inner Cover Assembly, and Outer Cover Assembly). This requirement is projected to be a firm-fixed priced five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Requirements call for sustained production for five years (5 year IDIQ) for the M8 metal components, from approximately December 2024 through November 2029. Estimated quantity per year: FY 25: 3,600 FY 26: 3,600 FY 27: 3,600 FY 28: 3,500 FY 29: 3,500 The RFQ will be solicited under NAICS 332999 – All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
