The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island hereby issues Request for Quote (RFQ) W519TC-23-Q-HVA1 in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures Army for the procurement of HVAC units in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). CLIN 0001: 20 Ton Packaged HVAC Units, In accordance with Attachment 0003 HVAC Purchase Description – quantity; 2 Each 2. This RFQ is a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 238220 with size standard for small business of $19.0M. Product Service Code: 4120 3. Inspection and Acceptance is destination. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to following address: Pine Bluff Arsenal 10020 Kabrich Circle Bldg. 53-990 Pine Bluff, AR 71602 4. Requested Delivery Schedule: forty-five (45) calendar days after date of award. 5. The Government will evaluate quotes based on the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) quoted on the Price Matrix, Attachment 0001 and any other price related factors required by the RFQ. The Total Price for CLIN 0001 is calculated by multiplying the quantity times the Unit Price. The Total Prices for each CLIN are added together to calculate the TEP. Input the unit price for CLIN 0001 on Attachment 0001. Offerors shall quote CLIN 0001, failure to quote all items may render the quote non-responsive. 6. Payment for the purchase order will issue by DFAS, via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) DFARS Clause 252.232-7006. 7. Quotes shall remain valid for 30 days. 9. Quote submissions shall include the following: • Completed copy of Attachment 0001, Price Matrix • Points of Contacts • Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code • Provide your Small Business Size Standard 10. EVALUATION and AWARD: The Government anticipates awarding a single award Firm Fixed Price purchase order as a result of this RFQ to the responsible, responsive offeror with the lowest TEP. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all depending on the quality of the quotes, prices submitted, and the availability of funds. 11.
